Kishashi is a Khajiit commoner who works at Cindanwe's farm in Fellmoor. According to dialogue, she claims to have once been the queen of the Shivering Isles.

Everything In Its Place[]
The settlement of Fellmoor appears to be a rather strange place. This small farming plantation is home to murderers, madmen and obsessive compulsive farmhands. Fellmoor is discoverable by traveling southeast on Pinnacle Road. It is southeast of the Gates of Madness, on a small outlet of the Emeon Sea, just west of the main road.
There, the Hero will find Kishashi, who talks about gaining the trust of Ranarr-Jo, who guards her house during waking hours. She worries about him because he believes that she is evil, and that he may eventually do something rash in reaction to this.
