Imperial College of the Voice

The Imperial College of the Voice was established by Emperor Tiber Septim in Markarth, to teach his people about the Voice. Unlike the pacifist creed taught by The Greybeards and Jurgen Windcaller, this college was dedicated to returning the "Way of the Voice" to the ancient and honorable art of war.^[1] Due to the area not being seen in Markarth during the events of the Fourth Era in The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, it can be presumed that the college was demolished since then.
