The Hunters of Hircine are a faction in The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim. They are a cult dedicated to Hircine, and are mostly Khajiit, Orsimer, and Nords, except for Eriana, who is a Redguard. They are encountered during the quest "Ill Met by Moonlight." Their only purpose in the game is killing Sinding while he is in Bloated Man's Grotto.

Ill Met by Moonlight[]
Hircine sends the hunters to kill Sinding. The Dragonborn joins them, but finds that Sinding has already killed a portion of the group: Batum gra-Bar, Hoddreid, and Ma'tasarr. J'Kier will ask for the Dragonborn to kill the werewolf in Hircine's name, just before dying. If this is done, the hunters will be friendly, but if Sinding is chosen to live, they will be hostile, and must be defeated.
