Guardian Torsten is a Draugr who can be found inside Ragnvald Canal.
He must be killed in order to obtain one of the keys to unlock the sarcophagus of Dragon Priest Otar the Mad. He can be summoned by picking up his skull from the pedestal in the middle of the room.
