General Tullius is a creature card in The Elder Scrolls: Legends.

Acquisition[]

• General Tullius can be soul summoned for 1200 soul gems or found in Core set packs.

Strategy[]

General Tullius is best used when the player has many weak creatures that can be killed off to boost General Tullius via his power. When used this way, General Tullius can quickly become extremely powerful and turn a game around in the matter of a few turns. Using General Tullius alongside Legate Rikke also provides a fast way to give the card more power, as upon summoning Tullius and his Colovian Troopers, three Imperial Grunts are spawned, which can be sacrificed to increase Tullius' strength.

Trivia[]

• General Tullius originally appeared in The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim as the military governor and commander of the Imperial Legion in the province of Skyrim.
