Dragonguard Orland is a Imperial found at the Dov-Vahl Shrine in Northern Elsweyr. He is one of the last Dragonguard and his ring holds the key to the Dov-Vahl Sanctuary. He falls to Captain Saulinia's squad of assassins and holds on to life just long enough to give his ring to the Vestige. After he passes away, Zamarak says a prayer for him.
