- Retrieve the Blessing Stone
- Return to Vivec's Palace
- Talk to Canon Llevule
Walkthrough[]
Baar Dau has dropped dangerously close to Vivec City. The Vestige must go retrieve a Blessing Stone for Vivec before the moonlet completes its fall.
Vivec's weakness[]
Canon Llevule enters Vivec's chambers in Vivec's Palace and asks what happened to Archcanon Tarvus. Talk to him to start the quest.
The Vestige tells Llevule that Tarvus is really Barbas in disguise and thanks to his actions Vivec's energy has been depleted. Canon Llevule has an idea that they might help Vivec by using a Blessing Stone. There is one at the construction site near the unfinished cantons, where Overseer Shiralas is watching out for looters.
Retrieving the Blessing Stone[]
Head to the construction site in northern Vivec City. On the way, talk to Varona Beloren and Thaleft. It turns out that Varona is worried about her wife, Shiralas. Both Varona and Thaleft will tell you where Shiralas is.
Cross over the small bridge and go right to enter the site. Entry may not be obvious until very close to the gate. Fight looters. Soon, you will find Overseer Shiralas. She is fighting a looter when you find her and she quickly kills him.
Talk to Overseer Shiralas and get her allowance to get the Blessing Stone. She will also say that she'll head back and let Varona Beloren know she's all right and to tell Lord Vivec that "he can have our Blessing Stone—as long as he promises to do something about Baar Dau."
Shiralas will give you the Third Canton Key. Then, go to the Third Canton and retrieve the Blessing Stone. Afterwards, return to Vivec's Palace.
Returning the energy[]
Talk to Canon Llevule again and tell him that you have retrieved the Blessing Stone. Canon Llevule will place the Blessing Stone in a port in the floor. Energy from the Stone returns to Vivec; he instantly feels better. The Blessing Stone is a temporary measure, according to Canon Llevule.
Talking to Llevule after this ends the quest and at this point, the Vestige gets the reward. Talking to Vivec starts the next quest, "Divine Restoration."

---|
Canon Llevule suggested that we retrieve another Blessing Stone from the construction site so that Vivec can use it to restore some of his stolen energy. I need to find the Overseer to get the stone.
|
The Overseer raced into the construction site to chase after looters. I need to find her to get the Blessing Stone for Lord Vivec. Besides, the Overseer might need help against the looters.
|
Now that the looters have been dealt with, I need to talk to Overseer Shiralas and see about getting another Blessing Stone.
|
I need to use the key and enter the sealed portion of the construction site where the third canton is being built. Then I can retrieve the remaining Blessing Stone for Lord Vivec.
|
I collected the Blessing Stone. Now I need to return to Canon Llevule and Lord Vivec.
|
Now I need to see if Canon Llevule can use the Blessing Stone to restore at least a little of Lord Vivec's energy.
|
The boost of energy from the Blessing Stone seems to have helped Lord Vivec, at least a little. I should talk to Canon Llevule and see if there's anything else we need to do before I try to track down Barbas.
