Dark Anchor Pinion is an interactive object in The Elder Scrolls Online that keeps the Dark Anchors grounded. There are five of them on each Dark Anchor and all must be deactivated manually one by one to destroy it. Killing guardian enemies releases and transfers their energy to the pinion until it is open and active. The last one is guarded most heavily.
