To all able bodied and fearless men and women of Whiterun Hold. Travelers on the road near a farm (Name of the farm.) are being terrorized by ghosts haunting the nearby farm.
Anyone who is able to banish the ghosts permanently will be rewarded with the land rights to the farm (Name of the farm.).
