Walkthrough[]
Ri'saad is the leader of a trading caravan that travels the road between Whiterun and Markarth. When first encountered he will complain about bandit trouble and give the Dragonborn a note outlining his encounters with two different bandit groups. Reading the note will add two new quest markers for finding the two bandit encampments. The camps do not need to be defeated in any particular order. Each group consists of a leader and four other lower level bandits. The Saints are geared more towards heavy armor and physical fighting, while the Seducers have light armor and boast a mage among them. In both camps the "investigate" objective consists of looting the bandit leader's body for their journal. Both camps have a cage with a "teleport pet" inside, a Manic and Demented Elytra Nymph respectively. Each camp will have quite a bit of loot including the weapons and armor of Golden Saints or Dark Seducers.
After looting and reading the journal the quest markers will update to guide the Dragonborn to another camp of each type, Kinthal's for the Saints and Svarig's for the Seducers where the previous process is repeated by killing the leader and other bandits present, looting the journals, and reading them. Once the journals have been read a new quest will be added for "Restoring Order," but you still have to locate Ri'saad again and inform him his bandit troubles have been dealt with to complete the quest. At some point after looting Kinthal and Svarag, a group of Saints and Seducers will track down the Dragonborn for revenge. [?]

Perhaps I can learn more about this conjurer and where to find him.

- Due to a script error in stage 560, the entrance to Solitude Sewers may not be enabled.
- Fix: Clear Saints bandit camps first before Seducers bandit camps. In other words, clear stage 460 first.
