The Heart of a Telvanni[]
Atarga is the primary contact between the slaves of Sadrith Mora and the Ropefish, under Bothamul's command. Eoki asks the Vestige to deliver a sum of gold to smuggle him and several other slaves out of Morrowind directly to her hands. When they meet her, she is too drunk to help.
