Walkthrough[]
In the Smokefrost Peaks, the Vestige may encounter a nord woman named Theofa standing next to a portal to Riften. The portal has no relevance to the quest. Speak to Theofa and she will tell you that the Worm Cult are enacting a ritual in the area. She will ask you to stop the ritual. After you are done talking, a scout will appear and lead you to the ritual site.
Head to the ritual site a bit to the southeast, fighting your way through worm cultists. Once you have reached the site and interrupted the ritual, several waves of undead will spawn. Kill them, then return to Theofa to finish the quest.
