Plank is a prominent object from the 1999 Cartoon Network series, Ed, Edd n Eddy.
It's a 2x4 piece of wood, turned into a toy by Jonny, who projected a personality onto it and considers it his best friend. Jonny portrays Plank as male and more or less the brain of the two; often asking for or listening to its "advice".
Within the Ed, Edd n Eddy fandom, there's debate on whether or not Plank is real and qualifies as a character, despite Antonucci's confirmation it's merely an object, but this curiosity amongst fans doesn't translate into many, if any, Plank-focused stories and artwork, leaving it to play the role of Jonny's accessory.
