Welda has long red hair with a white ribbon in it, and wears orange villager's clothes.

Dragon Quest VI[]
Welda is the daughter of legendary blacksmith Cole who lived in Turnscote. She did love her father and learn the trade from him. Once her father died searching for the Sword of Ramias she developed a brusque disposition toward visitors and didn't like making tools for war. After the Hero finds the sword and sees his resolve to use it for its noblest purpose, she agrees to reforge it and does so.
