High Commander Dragon (German: Hoher Kommandant-Drache; Spanish: Noble dragón comandante; French: Haut dragon Commandant; Japanese: ハイコマンダードラゴン; Russian: Высший дракон-командир; Turkish: Ulu Esrarlı Ejderha) is the sixth entry for Third Heroic. High Commander Dragon is a Heroic Dragon with the primary typing of Sea. High Commander Dragon can also learn Metal, Nature, and Light moves.
Description
Heroic Dragons evolve to their young stage at level 10 and become adults at level 20.
As the chief of several sea operations, the High Commander Dragon is very respected. However, he has rules and they weren’t meant to be broken. He saves his most deadly attacks for those who do… right before he throws them overboard.

It has azure skin, a yellow-white underbelly, two dark brown-yellow horns, yellow-orange fur on the head, and two large fins. Its outfit is the white maritime cap with a golden-like anchor, black bowtie, white shirt with golden top of sleeves and zip and black belt with golden anchor.
