William Allen Young is an American actor, best known for his role as Frank Mitchell in UPN's Moesha, as well as directing a few episodes of the show, and made a guest appearance in UPN's The Parkers as Frank Mitchell.
For Disney, he played Harry Wentz in Good Luck Charlie, voiced Mr. Moody in The Proud Family, played Dr. Rollie Guthrie in the CBS/ABC Studios TV show Code Black, and played and Benjamin Williams in the 20th Television show 9-1-1: Lone Star. He also appeared in ABC TV shows.
