Toby Huss is an American actor, who is best known for his role as Artie in The Adventures of Pete & Pete and for voicing Kahn Souphanousinphone and Cotten Hill in King of the Hill.
For Disney, he voiced Tennessee O'Neal in the 2002 live-action Disney film The Country Bears and provided several additional voices in two episodes of Hercules, including "Hercules and the Grim Avenger" and "Hercules and the Visit from Zeus".
