Tammy Duncan is a hockey player from Minneapolis, Minnesota. Tammy was a member of the District 5 Ducks and played Forward as number 5. Tammy appears in the film The Mighty Ducks. She is Tommy's older sister. She is portrayed by Jane Plank.
Biography[]
She joins the team when Coach Bombay approaches her and her brother about making the switch from figure skating to hockey. At first she was unhappy at the thought of switching, as indicated when she shoves her brother down for talking back to her about her joining; eventually she becomes passionate about the game and the team itself.
Trivia[]
- Tammy only appears in the first film and is not mentioned in the sequels, along with Karp, Peter, Terry Hall and her brother Tommy.
- It's implied that both Terry and Fulton has crushes on Tammy. Terry from the way he smiled and looked at her when she skated, and Fulton when he got super-angry when a member of the Hawks rammed her into the wall, which caused Fulton to pick him up and dump him into the Hawks' box causing Fulton to be thrown out of the game for his conduct.
