Frances Rose McIver is a New Zealand actress, who is best known for her role as Olivia "Liv" Moore on the CW television series iZombie from 2015 to 2019. She later went on to star as Amber Moore in the Netflix film A Christmas Prince and its two sequels. McIver also took part in various theater productions of plays and musicals in Auckland, New Zealand and music videos from 2015-2016. She currently stars as Samantha Arondeka in the CBS sitcom Ghosts.
For Disney, she played Tinker Bell in the ABC fantasy-drama series Once Upon a Time. She also starred as Summer Landsdown in Power Rangers RPM, the final Power Rangers season distributed by the Walt Disney Company, Valerie in Johnny Kapahala: Back on Board, and Hannah in Eddie's Million Dollar Cook-Off.
