"Minnie's Fairy Tale!" is the second segment of the ninth episode of Mickey Mouse Funhouse. It premiered on December 3, 2021 alongside "Bottled Up!".
Synopsis[]
When Minnie changes into a fairy, she has trouble finding her special talent.
Plot[]
The episode begins just outside Funny, where the gang is seen planting a garden in Funny's front yard. Funny thinks that the presence of rainbow flowers would make the garden look more beautiful. The gang decides to go to Fairy Square Garden in the Kingdom of Majestica to get some rainbow flowers.
Arriving in the kingdom, the gang discovers that they have all turned into fairies and set off for Fairy Square Garden. Upon arrival, they meet Hilda, the lead garden fairy. She explains that every year, garden fairies collaborate on making King Ludwig's garden looking beautiful, and if they are successful, the rainbow flowers will bloom. Hilda explains that each garden fairy has a special talent for helping the garden and it is up to them to discover what it is, so they all split up to try to help the garden.
Daisy discovers that her special ability is making some flowers blossom. Donald learns that his is weeding the garden. Goofy learns that his special talent is watering the flowers. Mickey learns that his is making animals obey his commands. Minnie tries to help everyone with their tasks and learn her special ability but unfortunately struggles. After helping Mickey, King Ludwig comes out of his castle with servants Pete, Cuckoo-Loca, and Clarabelle. At that moment, it begins raining as a thunderstorm approaches the garden. Minnie's wings begin glowing and it becomes clear that her special ability is controlling the weather, allowing her to clear the thunderstorm.
King Ludwig is toured by the garden fairies of his garden, and everyone puts their special abilities they learned to good use, including Minnie. The fairies then get together to make the rainbow flowers bloom. King Ludwig declares it to be a springtime success and Hilda hands Minnie a bag of rainbow flower seeds for her efforts. Eventually, the gang returns to Funny. The episode ends with the gang planting their acquired rainbow flower seeds and Minnie saying goodbye to the viewers.
