Maya Khabira Rudolph is an American actress, voice actress, comedian, and singer, best known as a recurring cast member on the NBC late-night variety show Saturday Night Live (2000–2007). She is also well-known for her many voice roles, such as Rapunzel and Burn in DreamWorks' Shrek the Third and Turbo (respectively), Mollie the Giraffe in Zookeeper, Precious in The Nut Job and its 2017 sequel, and Cynthia Utrom in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem, as well as voicing a few characters in Sony Pictures Animation films, including Matilda in The Angry Birds Movie and its 2019 sequel, Smiler, the main antagonist of The Emoji Movie, and Linda Mitchell in The Mitchells vs. the Machines. Additionally, she portrayed Finn and Bianca's mother in The LEGO Movie 2: The Second Part. She currently has main voice roles in the animated sitcoms Netflix's Big Mouth and Fox's Bless the Harts.
For Disney, she voiced Aunt Cass in Disney's 2014 animated feature film Big Hero 6, as well as reprised this role in the television series of the same name. She also portrayed the karaoke hostess in the 2000 Hollywood Pictures film Duets and voiced Griselda in the 2015 Lucasfilm animated film Strange Magic and Daniela Paguro in the 2021 Disney/Pixar film Luca. Additionally, she played Malvina Monroe in Disenchanted.
