Les Perkins is an American film editor, director, producer, writer, sound editor, voice actor, and Disney archivist who was mainly involved with special bonus features on many Disney home video releases. He provided the voices of Mickey Mouse in the DTV television specials "DTV Valentine" and "DTV 'Doggone' Valentine" and Down and Out with Donald Duck in the mid 1980s and provided the voice of J. Thaddeus Toad in Who Framed Roger Rabbit.
