James Adam "Jim" Belushi is an American actor, voice actor, comedian, musician, and singer. He is perhaps best known for playing Patrick Martin in the 1986 horror comedy musical film Little Shop of Horrors, Detective Michael Dooley in the 1989 buddy cop comedy film K-9 and its two sequels, and the Mall Santa in the 1996 Christmas comedy film Jingle all the Way. He is also well-known for voicing Rocko in Don Bluth's 1995 MGM animated film The Pebble and the Penguin, Gonzargo in Toby Bluth's 1997 Christmas animated adaptation of Babes in Toyland, Reginald the Rat King in the 1999 Christmas-themed animated film The Nuttiest Nutcracker, and Kirk Kirkendall in Hoodwinked!

For Disney, he voiced Phil Palmfeather in the Mighty Ducks TV series, Nestor in the Hercules TV series, Demon in Ted Brooks' crazy dream in the 2002 comedy film Snow Dogs, Benny in the 2006 animated feature film The Wild, and Bernie the Rescue Dog in Snow Buddies. He also played Larry Joseph Burrows in the 1990 Touchstone Pictures film Mr. Destiny, Jimmy Dworski in Taking Care of Business, and Daniel "Dan" Unger in the 2007 live-action film Underdog. Additionally, he voiced Fang in Gargoyles, Glo-Bo in Doc McStuffins, and Coach Coachy in The 7D. He is also known for his titular role as Jim Orenthal in the ABC sitcom According to Jim (2001–2009).
