"In Toons We Trust" is the sixteenth episode of Bonkers.
Synopsis[]
Piquel arrests Little Hubert at a robbery scene, while Bonkers assumes he is innocent, but Diamond Bill Bunko makes matters worse for both Bonkers and Hubert. Piquel and Bonkers chase Diamond Bill and clear Hubert's name.

- Little Hubert may be based on Tweety from Looney Tunes and the Famous Studios cartoon character, Baby Huey.
- The title is a pun on the saying "In God We Trust".
- The shot where Bonkers and Lucky look behind the car during the chase was used in the opening.
