Summary[]
Goofy is a "wild man of the jungle", and Donald Duck arrives to capture him and make him part of his circus.
Synopsis[]
In an African Jungle, a wild man (Goofy) is seen swinging while dancing through the vines like a ballet dancer.
Then out comes a hunter named Frank Duck (Donald Duck) who is arriving in the jungle on a river boat in search of a wild man. Upon his arrival, the wild man attempts to kill Frank Duck as his delicious dinner but ends up in a bungled way due to the knife mistakenly disheveling in different objects and hitting the ground in poor timing.
After that, Frank Duck soon encounters a wild man and he suddenly gets startled at first but Frank realizes him that he is one. Frank then represents the illiterate wild man with a contract which the wild man eventually eats due to the pen's ink being flavored as blueberry. Running up a tree branch, Donald throws a temper tantrum and then offers the wild man food to get down which the wild man rejects until Donald offers him a delicious strawberry shortcake which gets the wild man excited. Soon when he gets down to the bottom for the cake, he suddenly gets trapped in a cage which Frank successfully captures but the wild man somehow escapes, seemingly unintentionally due to one of his shoes being untied, and helps Frank load the empty cage onto his boat and then drives off.
Upon realizing his mistake, Frank irritably returns back to the jungle with the cage and continues to chase the wild man and the wild man continues to swing onto the vines through the jungle where he then gets a banana and eats it. However, one of his vines gets stuck into a tree branch and pulls to trap the wild man onto a branch. When Frank Duck saw him stuck up there, he sensed a chance to catch him and cuts a tree down only when the wild man somehow got free and jumped onto another tree branch. Frank jumps onto a tree's leaves believing he is still in the branch, the wild man jumps into the tree's bottom log to get down and makes Frank crash into the tree.
In anger, he throws another temper tantrum at the wild man as he isn’t making it this easy for Frank but when he's about to take off scot-free, the vine then cuts loose causing him to fall into the ground, meaning Frank can finally capture him by landing him onto the cage but lands on Frank instead. The wild man soon pulled Frank out of the hole unconscious wiping him in the back and pulling a feather causing Frank to jump out in pain shortly. As Frank continues to chase the wild man, the wild man avoids the tree branches and Frank runs into the water and runs through the bamboos, he suddenly stops as Frank notices the wild man is at a kiddie pool taking a short break. Frank then shouts at him and the wild man quickly puts his shoes back on and takes off into a bush, causing his clothes to be ripped out, and asks Frank to button them back.
As the chase continues, Frank Duck's goal has gotten an unfortunate turn. As a lion is awakened by the noises and sees Frank Duck and the Wild Man running into a lion's den. Considering it to be his lucky day due to being hungry and viewing them as food, the lion gets up and walks into the den and starts chasing them. In the ensuing chaos, As they all run out of the den, Frank Duck and The Wild Man are seen wearing each other's clothes in an opposite way (Goofy is the hunter and is in a cage while Donald is the wild man). The lion then approaches to them savagely and almost chews Franks Duck's butt while running away, The savage lion chases them through the jungle and back to the water's edge into Frank's boat.
The wild man hops onto the boat and drives away, leaving Frank to be stuck in the jungle. Frank shouts at him to come back but hears a loud roar, gets frightens, and runs away from the lion which Frank then uses the jungle's vines to escape into the jungle away from the lion to assume the role of a new wild men.
