Takehiro Hira is a Japanese actor. He has primarily appeared in Japanese productions including SP: The Motion Picture, Hara-Kiri: Death of a Samurai, Ace Attorney, The Floating Castle, Go, Doctor Ume, Sanada Maru, The Eternal Zero, and Mother's Trees.
He began appearing in international productions including Snake Eyes, Gran Turismo, Giri/Haji, and Monarch: Legacy of Monsters.
For Disney, he played Prime Minister Ozaki in Captain America: Brave New World. For FX on Hulu, he played Ishido Kazunari in Shōgun. He has a role in the 20th Century Studios film The Amateur, and in the Searchlight Pictures film Rental Family.
