Avengers Assemble: Flight Force is a steel roller coaster attraction that opened at Walt Disney Studios Park's Avengers Campus in July 20, 2022.[1], as a replacement for Rock 'n' Roller Coaster Starring Aerosmith. The ride is revamped with an entirely new story. Additionally, the solar panel-lined building will still be intact but will now be used as a queue area, with the ride itself to be housed in a newly-constructed building connected to the original building by a passageway.
Announced at D23 Expo Japan, the attraction was originally scheduled to open in 2021 at Disneyland Paris. However, it was delayed to July 20, 2022, since the opening was postponed indefinitely following the closure of the park due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Guests enter the QG Avengers where Iron Man is tracking a series of warheads being sent at the Earth from the alien empire of the Kree. Iron Man and his AI, "FRIDAY" are unable to find any superhero allies able to assist them, causing them to recruit guests of the campus to board Stark spaceships called the "Hypersonique" to assist Stark and Captain Marvel in warding off the warheads.
Trivia[]
Avengers: Quantum Encounter references the plot of the attraction and is set directly before it.
