The Villains of Valley View is a Disney Channel supervillain comedy series. The original pilot was announced on April 29, 2021 and the series order was announced on December 10, 2021. It aired from June 3, 2022 to December 1, 2023 on Disney Channel.[1][2][3]
Synopsis[]
At the center of the story is teenage Havoc, who stands up against the leader of all villains, forcing her entire family to change their identities and relocate to a Texas suburb where she now goes by the name Amy. With the help of her effervescent new neighbor Hartley, she must somehow hide her superpowers and quell her villainous nature in favor of something she's fought against all her life — being normal.

Production[]
On April 29, 2021, Disney Channel ordered a supervillain pilot called Amy from Amarillo. On December 10, 2021, it was announced that Disney Channel picked up the pilot to series under the new title, Meet the Mayhems. On April 28, 2022, it was announced that the series would premiere on June 3, 2022, under a new title, The Villains of Valley View. Production started in Los Angeles, California in November 2021 and wrapped on June 16, 2022. On August 23, 2022, the series was renewed for a second season. Production on Season 2 began on November 9, 2022 and wrapped on May 2, 2023. On May 5, 2023, it was announced that Season 2 would premiere on June 15, 2023.[4] On October 2, 2024, it was announced that the series had been canceled after two seasons. [5]
