Dax Randell Shepard is an American comedian, actor, writer, director, and podcast host. He is well-known for starring in several comedies, such as Without a Paddle, Zathura, and Hit & Run. He is also well-known for his role as Crosby Braverman in the NBC comedy-drama sitcom Parenthood.
For Disney, he played Child Proofer Gary in Old Dogs, Gale in the 2010 Touchstone Pictures film When in Rome, and Mike in the ABC TV show Bless This Mess.
He is also the husband of actress Kristen Bell.
