Mailman Mel is the local mailman in Dexter's neighborhood.
Biography[]
"Earl" in Dexter's Debt.
He made his first appearance in the episode Dexter's Debt where he began the plot by delivering the NASA bill to Dexter. His next and final appearance was in Ice Cream Scream where Dexter accidentally harpooned his truck thinking it was the ice cream truck, Dexter then asked him if he could chase the ice cream truck which he then proceeded to do, however, after arriving at a narrow road near a mountain side he accidentally swerved his car off the road and possibly fell to his death.
