You know how in Despicable Me 4, Vector (from the first movie) was shown to somehow managed to get back to earth not long after getting stuck there in the first movie and sometime after the events of Mooned but was arrested by the AVL. Well the question is.

Which AVL agent arrested him based on them? Could it be Gru since he is part of it now since he gave up being evil, Lucy Wilde or one of the other AVL agents like how they did so with Balthazar Bratt around the end of the third movie and Maxime Le Mal around the beginning of the fourth movie. Or one of Gru's minions?
