Liam is a stranded survivor in Dead Rising 3.
He can be found with Cara in a fenced area in the street outside of The Cleroux Collection in Chapter 3. He and Cara will only appear after Nick meets with Annie and Red at The Burgess-Dawson near the end of the chapter.
