Jordan is a stranded survivor in Dead Rising 3.
He can be found standing on the broken Central Bridge (on the Sunset Hills side) during Chapter 5. He will appear after Nick finishes at the museum.
In the Fallen Angel DLC, Jordan can be found tied up with Brian and Alec outside of the Rojo Diablo Mexican Restaurant in Sunset Hills. The group is about to be executed by one of the soldiers, but Angel Quijano is able to stop the execution and untie the three. Saving the group rewards Angel with 20,000 PP.
In The Last Agent DLC, he can be found on top of an overturned vehicle near Yesterday, Today & Tomorrow in Central City. He'll appear after Brad Park retrieves the Chemical Van. Once rescued, some PP will be gained and he'll run to a safer location.
