The Froztee Penguin is a combo weapon in Dead Rising 4.
It is created by combining a Penguin Mask with any "chemical" type weapon. The blueprints are found behind the locked cabinet at Froztee's Frozen Yogurt in the Amazon Food Court.

Trivia[]
- The combo weapon itself is a reference to Chill Penguin from Mega Man X.
- No matter which chemical item you make the Froztee Penguin with, Frank will always have Liquid Nitrogen attached to his back.
