Synopsis for Ibis the Invincible: "The Ibistick Fails!"

A criminal genius named Bledor's getting tired of mundane crime, and sets out to steal the Ibistick. Ibis catches him and prevents the crook from stealing it, but as Bledor flees, Ibis' command to his wand to restrain the criminal fails to take place. Troubled, Ibis magically transports himself back to the days of ancient Egypt in search of an answer.

The idol of Osiris gives a cryptic answer that Ibis and the high priest figure out must refer to Bledor being descended from the high priest. The blood of a devoted servant of Osiris protects Bledor from the magic of the Ibistick, so other means must be taken to defeat him. Ibis returns to the 40's and confronts Bledor again, only to be knocked out and the Ibistick stolen. Bledor tries to use it to send Ibis to the pits of Hell, but as usual the evil command rebounds and Bledor himself is blasted to damnation.
