Spelling[]
The new Green Lantern Corps has been consistently spelling it "Salaak." I'm going to assume this is an editorial mistake on their end, and not the introduction of Salakk's twin brother. :)
- Actually, I think the error is on our end. Guys, are we spelling this wrong? I think this is deserving of a move.

- According to the note at the bottom of our article, it was originally two k's and not two a's, although it doesn't give any references. I guess it's a matter of choosing the original spelling or the current spelling. -- Profzoom 10:46, 28 July 2009 (UTC)
It's always been Salaak, why hasn't it been changed yet?

- It hasn't always been Salaak, he was named Salakk in all of his earlier appearances. This is a very recent change.

New Earth/Prime Earth appearances[]
In most Prime Earth issues where Salakk has an appearance in, his article is spelled "Salakk (Prime Earth)." This redirects the user to "Salakk (New Earth)." But I noticed that those issues don't appear in the Character Appearances category page. The same happens with all other characters who appear in PE but their article name says NE. Should we change those appearances to "New Earth" instead of "Prime Earth"? Or should we create the corresponding "x (Prime Earth)" articles? Leto2073
The Prime Earth pages should be created. Most of the GL characters have had minor to no changes from their New Earth versions so creating new pages has been low priority. But if someone is willing to do the work, they should be made. Kyletheobald (talk) 03:09, 8 September 2021 (UTC)
- Okay, good to know. I'm mostly expanding New Earth articles now, but I'll keep an eye on those Prime Earth pages when I read the current series.Leto2073 (talk) 13:51, 8 September 2021 (UTC)
