Following the homing device he arrives to the long-lost land of Lemuria where Jean is. The Lemurians tell Palmer that the Wind Pirate is unknowingly using her catastrophic brain activities to ruin the planet. The only one who can stop her is Palmer by getting into her brain as the Atom, while Aquaman and Captain Comet have to destroy the Wind Pirate’s devices that tap into Jean’s energies at the same time as Atom destroys the radiation source inside her brain.
