Synopsis for Wonder Woman: "The Masquerader"
In the Magic Sphere it is foretold that Wonder Woman will be accused of stealing a plan, so Hippolyta decides to prevent this. She captures Wonder Woman with the lasso while disguised as her, and makes her promise not to investigate her, after which he swaps Wonder Woman's lasso with hers. Wonder Woman is then gassed by Darrel and bound with the lasso. When she comes to she has amnesia. Darrel unties her hands and makes her contact Colonel Darrel to get Plan 48, the Official plan for disposition of all the air and sea forces. When he brings it to Wonder Woman, he is coshed by the thugs, who steal the plan. Wonder Woman realizes they are crooks and attacks them, her subconscious makes her deflect the bullets, so she is gassed again. Dalgan then has her bound to the train track, then leaves with the paper worth $5,000,000. Darrel tries to have Wonder Woman arrested, but Hippolyta, impersonating Diana, quickly changes, and comes in, meaning Steve says the other Wonder Woman was an impostor. Forewarned by the Magic Sphere, Hippolyta says Dalgan stole it and is on the Knickerbocker Flyer Train. It is too late to stop it, but Darrel says they'll catch him at Baltimore. Hippolyta knows the danger Wonder Woman is in and contacts her telepathically, restoring her mind. But thinking the golden rope is the magic lasso Wonder Woman thinks she cannot break it as the Knickerbocker Flyer moves towards her, However Hippolyta tells her what has happened and she breaks out, and captures Dalgan.
