Razer was a villain in Central City that fought against Commander Cold.[1]
History
Razer was invited to join the Legion of Zoom, a group organized by the Reverse-Flash to finally defeat the Flash. [2]
Notes
- Razer was created by Mark Waid and Barry Kitson, first appearing in The Flash (Volume 2) #84. However, in the Prime Earth continuity, Razer first appeared as part of the New 52 DC Universe in The Flash (Volume 5) #59 by Joshua Williamson and Rafa Sandoval.
