The President of the United States of Amerika was a corrupt politician, who, like the other world leaders, lived in fear of the Crime Syndicate.
History
The President tried to bribe Superman with gold bars, thinking Justice League was replacing the Syndicate, to no avail.
After the League was forced to retreat back to their universe, the President was seen giving Johnny Quick his fix of Speed Juice.
