The man Orion is a magician who could fold time and space to jump instantly from one point to another.
History
He is allied to the Superman (Harvey Dent) and was instrumental in bringing his master, himself, and Powergirl to New Earth and begin their conquest in that universe. Orion was also instrumental in capturing the world's leaders in order for Superman to asks for their help in "saving" the world from itself. When this plan was immediately shunned off by the world's leaders, Orion and his allies brought the Ultra-Humanite to New Earth and begin to overrun Russia and used the nation's nuclear missiles to nuke the planet. Ultimately, Orion and his allies were defeated and imprisoned back to their universe by the combined force of the New Earth and Earth-9 heroes.
