Synopsis for "Double Dare"

Dick Grayson has started his training at the Police Academy. The physical training is no problem for him, and due to having learned from Batman, most of the classroom stuff is boring for him as well. The hardest job is to not draw too much attention on himself for being too good.

Meanwhile, Chief Redhorn has to pay Blockbuster a visit. There have been a number of burglaries in the last few nights and Blockbuster wants the police to take care of that. Redhorn immediately responds and Nightwing is the first recipient of a shoot to kill message by the police. When Nightwing sneaked out of the Academy, he quickly gets shot at by a SWAT team. And he has to work pretty hard to get rid of the police again. Meanwhile, the actual two thieves the police is looking for are pulling another successful heist. The duo comes from Europe's Circus Sensationnel and they call themselves Double Dare ...
