Nicky Lincoln was a corrupt police lieutenant in the Gotham City Police Department.
History
Lincoln hired Tommy Monaghan to kill Nightfist because Nightfist had been beating up drug dealers and taking their drugs (which Lincoln wanted for himself). Lincoln was also working with the Dubelz crime family, who wanted Tommy Monaghan dead. He tracked Nightfist, using him as a lure for Monaghan. When Tommy found out, he had his friend run over Lincoln's feet with his car, pulverizing them. Later, Nicky went to Moe Dubelz to tell him Tommy Monaghan was still alive. Unfortunately for him, Tommy and his friend Natt drove a car through the wall of Dubelz' mansion, crushing Nicky Lincoln under its weight.
