History
One day during the Second World War, Washington D.C. was invaded by an unfamiliar enemy: Mole Men, burrowing to the surface and raiding the city, abducting and enslaving many human women. Wonder Woman and her ally Paula von Gunther infiltrated their habitation, and learned that the Mole Men were blind. These heroines made a peace deal with the Mole Man King, Blakfu, in which the Mole Men received the gift of sight, and their slaves were set free.
