Synopsis for Capt. Marvel, Jr.: "Capt. Marvel, Jr. and Sivana, Jr.'s Dream Machine"
For the 803rd time, Sivana, Jr. is having his most recurrent nightmare of being beaten up by Captain Marvel, Jr. He is upset that the threat of violence for the constant crimes and assaults he commits are affecting his sleep, so he decides to find a way to free people from nightmares altogether! After some days, he creates the Dream Machine, which lets him send his dreams into the brains of another person! He decides to test it out on Harvey Ryder, a rich millionaire who’s returned from an African hunting trip. The next night, Freddy Freeman is taking a truck home when he hears a horrible screaming from Harvey’s mansion, calling CAPTAIN MARVEL to fly up there as Captain Marvel, Jr. Luckily, he’s only had a really bad dream of being eaten by a lion. However, when he points out that he was dreaming, Harvey shows him that he got a note threatening he’d get these nightmares unless he pays someone $1,000,000. Junior recognizes the handwriting as Sivana, Jr’s., which only worries Harvey more that he can just give him these nightmares whenever he falls asleep. Junior offers he do as instructed by Sivana, Jr. and he’ll just deal with the rest.
Later, Harvey hangs the money in a sack between two large posts which Sivana, Jr. picks up via plane like an emergency air mail, but Junior grabs his plane by the tail and punches him out. Before he can be taken back to Lake Lockup, he dives out of the plane into the water and Junior just assumes that he died in that fall, especially without finding his body. Sivana, Jr. instead just dove underwater and hid in some reeds nearby. Thus, Young Thaddeus decides to turn his ire on Freddy himself, since even the World’s Mightiest Boy is weak when he’s asleep! He sends him a dream that a boy on a ledge being attacked by a lion, which makes him sleepwalk nearly out his own open window. He manages to wake up in mid-air and call CAPTAIN MARVEL before he lands, becoming Junior once more. The next morning, Junior asks a managing editor at a large newspaper to run something for him. The Editor says he’ll do it on two conditions: his paper gets the scoop on Sivana, Jr’s imminent arrest and they get to run the story he wants in the first few thousand papers printed, so he can print a retraction later. Since Junior figures Sivana, Jr. will want to test his experiment early, only to find that Freddy isn’t at Freddy’s Newsstand and is shocked to find that Freddy Freeman is dead! Sivana, Jr. decides to use his Dream Machine to become rich, powerful and Prince of the Universe. That night, Junior teams up with Officer Jim Bellows and art-collecting rich man Carl Price, who’s also been getting threatening letters demanding his art collection be given over to him or he’ll have a really bad nightmare. Officer Jim promises to keep an eye out for Sivana, Jr., but the World’s Wickedest Boy grabs him from within a hedge to chloroform him and drag him through a secret section he cut out of the hedge. He soon sneaks in to Price’s house to personally threaten him with a handgun, but Junior flies in and knocks his hand, making the shot go wide, then shatters the Dream Machine. Sivana, Jr. asks why it didn’t work on Price and Junior points out he had a head injury years ago and just doesn’t sleep anymore! Later, Sivana, Jr. is found to be refusing to sleep or take sleeping pills in reform school, still terrified of the nightmares of Captain Marvel, Jr.

Synopsis for Bulletman the Flying Detective: "The Homicidal Hijackers"
Lt. Kent gets word from Police HQ that Mr. Jarmon of the Jarmon Silk Company has had a truckload of silks stolen in a hijacking and sends Jim Barr and Susan Kent to investigate. They talk to Mr. Jarmon, who says that one of their truck drivers, Joe Mullins, will explain it all. Joe soon says goons blocked the road with an orange car, beat him up and stole the truck. The truck showed up later on a side road with no silks left within. They ask to fingerprint Joe and look into things, finding only Joe had been driving the truck. They ask when the next silk truck is going out and Mr. Jarmon says that the last load is that night and his most expensive silks that will bankrupt the company if they’re stolen. They leave and change into the Bullets to look out for the silk truck. The truck suddenly turns into the woods at a sharp angle and the Bullets figure out that Joe was just lying about it and was working with the hijackers all along. They start trying to clean house, but one of the goons, Mac, clocks them with a monkey wrench. They load the Bullets into the cab of the truck and aim to drive through a guard rail and off a cliff into a gully. Bulletman manages to wake up first and wakes up Bulletgirl before they both fire out and the truck crashes on the ground below without them. They soon punch out all three of the villains and arrest them. Later, Mr. Jarmon tells Jim and Susan that the Bullets stopped the hijackers and returned the stolen silks! Jim calmly notes they heard about it.
