Looney Tunes is a franchise that spawned from a series of theatrical cartoon shorts produced by Warner Bros. The Looney Tunes franchise includes many famous animated characters, including Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck and Porky Pig.
History
The original series of shorts ran from 1930 to 1969, with TV shows and films being made during and after the shorts' original run. DC has made comics based around Looney Tunes since 1990. At that point, DC and Warner Bros. were owned by the same company.
