Kyle Abbot was an agent of Ra's al Ghul and a member of Intergang and a close associate of Bruno Mannheim and Whisper A'Daire.
History
He helped Mannheim and A'Daire to interpret passages from the Bible of Crime. When he realized that they intended on destroying all of Gotham City, Abbot betrayed his colleagues and sided with Nightwing and Renee Montoya.[1]
After Mannheim's fiasco, Abbot formed his own cult based on the Crime Bible, the True Believers.

- Lycanthropy: Like many within Intergang's secret cabal, Kyle is a shape-shifter. He able to transform into a werewolf.
