- This version of the character is exclusive to the continuity of the Blackhawk movie serial and is an adaptation of Hans Hendrickson. The original character was created by Will Eisner and Chuck Cuidera and first appeared in Quality Comics' Military Comics #2.
- Hendrickson was played by Frank Ellis.
