George Taylor is a top journalist and editor-in-chief at the Daily Star. He hired Clark Kent in his first reporter job, making him a friend and ally to Superman.

Notes
- George Taylor was created by Jerry Siegel and Joe Shuster, first appearing in Action Comics #1. However, in the Prime Earth continuity, George Taylor first appeared as part of the New 52 DC Universe in Action Comics (Volume 2) #8 by Grant Morrison, Rags Morales, and Brad Walker.
