Fuji is Toshiro Misawa, a Japanese former sumo wrestler and member of the international superhuman response team StormWatch who is an gaseous being contained within a mechanical body. In the alternate timeline of Stormwatch: Reset, Fuji was known as Force.
Fuji was created by Jim Lee, Brandon Choi, and Scott Clark, first appearing in StormWatch #1 (1993).
